Safety rules and Protocols
Park Entrance
- All visitors to the park will need to sign a waiver if leaving the check-in area
- All guest under 18 will need a parent or guardian, over the age of 18, to sign a waiver for them
- There are 4 building fire exits with two up front, one at far end and one on the mezzanine
- Building has a fire alarm system, leave building if alarm goes off immediately
- All participants must have a colored wrist band to access park activities
- No running or horseplay will be accepted
- No spitting or dropping items from elevated surfaces will be permitted
- No skipping line, yelling or screaming will be accepted
- No discrimination for nationality, sex, race, etc. Will be accepted
- Sexual Harrassment is not acceptable
- All guest are required to wear closed toed athletic shoes when doing activities
- Pants and shirts are required at all times
- No drinking or food in carpeted areas or on activities
- Sanitation stations will be set up for staff and guest to sanitize their hands
- Face mask will be available but optional in use
- Loitering will not be accepted
- No smoking in the facility
- Signage throughout the facility will be posted
- Multiple TV’s will be playing safety videos continually throughout the park
- Restrooms will be cleaned daily and continuously on busy days
- A Shoe cleaner will be used to keep outside dirt to a minimal
Facility
- Park will be cleaned daily
- Floors, countertops, and equipment will be continually sanitized through the day.
- Trash will be removed daily
- Food area will be continuously cleaned
- Food equipment will be cleaned per manufacture recommendations and health department requirements
- Employees will be instructed to sanitize their hands continually through the day
- Climbing equipment will be cleaned and sanitized after each guest use
- Climbing equipment will be checked for defects daily and taken out of service if equipment found to be deficient
- Hair ties will be available for use with safety helmets
- Before each shift staff will run the courses and check for any safety issues
- Birthday rooms will be cleaned daily and continuously on busy days
- Refrigerators will be cleaned out weekly and old food thrown away when expired.
- Trash cans will be throughout the park for guest trash
- Towels will be available to the guest and will be washed nightly
- Park will be set at a colder 65-68 degrees to be more comfortable for guest participating in activities
- Public water fountains are between the men and woman’s restroom on level 1
- There are 4 restrooms onsite, men’s and woman’s level 1, unisex level 1, unisex mezzanine level
Before Your Visit
- All participants must sign a waiver.
- Wear closed to shoes and athletic clothing.
- Children must be accompanied by and adult if they can't reach the safety clip-in-cables.
- Guests with medical conditions should not do extreme activities.
