Facility

Yes, if a child is under the age of 16, a parent or guardians must be in the park building at all times. While a guardian is not required to buy a ticket or participate, they are required to spectate.

Clean athletic shoes only, we do offer rock climbing shoes for rent, however they can NOT be worn on the warped wall.

Loose fitting comfortable clothing. Dresses, skirts, dress clothes, pajamas are not allowed.

Long hair will be required to be tied back and not hanging loosely. Long hair can get caught on multiple
activities.

There is no fee for spectators however they must sign a waiver before entry.

Yes, with a monthly fee, 3 months minimum. $111 for the first month, $120 for each reoccurring month. No sign-up fee, can cancel at any time after 3 months 10 days before the next billing cycle

The minimum age to participate in the activities is 3 years old. 

No weight restrictions on activites no needing a harness. On harnessed activities, min 50lbs, max 300lbs.

No height restriction but, some activities will require an adult (over 18) if a climber cannot reach the
safety cable.

Waivers outline the risk of doing these types of activities and that the participants accepts these risks
and will not hold the park liable for accidents created by the guest themselves.

We recommend filling out waivers beforehand, as it makes the check-in process process much faster.

All ticket sales end 3 hours before close (ex. If we close at 9, ticket sales stop at 6), with no exceptions. 

If tickets are pre-bought for the final three hours of park operation, and you have not arrived within 30 mins after your set time, we will save your tickets for a future visit.

Parties and Events

Yes, please arrive 15-20 minutes before you event starts. Also use the online waiver application to help
your check-in to be faster.

Yes, you can bring in your own decorations with-in reason. Please avoid anything with glitter.

Yes, you can bring in your own food, cake, ice cream, etc. Plates, utensils, napkins and 1 mini bottle of water
per guest will be supplied by us. Any leftover food and decorations must be removed from the park once
the event is over

Anyone who joins the party and wants to participate in the park activities will be considered an extra participant once the guest totals over 8 party participants. A guest at the party who does not participate in the party will not be considered a paying guest. For a guest to participate in the park activities they will have to get a colored wrist band.

You must make a $150 deposit to hold a room. You must cancel your party with-in 7 days of the
parties already set date to get a refund. Before entering the party room, you must finalize the rest of the bill. If planning for extra guests, please discuss with the party host.
